The plants will be carefully packed and shipped through our official shipping partner which is Speed Post service of The India Post by default. If the customer wants any other courier service, he/she may contact us via Whatsapp. In that case, they are bound to pay the additional shipping charges mentioned in the actual courier bill.
Orders will be dispatched within 3-4 Days from the day of placing the order.
The Delivery of the package will depend on your location and the estimated delivery time is from 5-7 working days after the dispatch.
You can track your order by typing the order number on the Track Now button available on our website home page. You will be able to track your order the day after despatch.
If the package is not received within 5-7 working days, you should immediately contact us through email ([email protected]) or phone (+91-9495953996) to track your package and help you trace the package in case of delay in transit.
